Restraint Policy

Inmates must be put in restraints whenever they are not in their designated areas. Level of restraint is based on security level using the following guidelines. These guidelines should be considered a minimum acceptable level of restraint, and are not comprehensive. Guards have discretion on use of restraints, and specific restraints applied.
